Night-time noise doesn't have to wake you to affect your health. 🌙🔊 You may be asleep, but your body can still react to noise. 🌙 Night-time noise is more than just a nuisance - repeated exposure can affect sleep, cardiovascular health and overall wellbeing. 🔅BBQ season is still in full swing! Save the date! 🗓️ Ahead of World No Tobacco Day on May 31st, we are highlighting the changing face of tobacco and nicotine use. We are proud to announce the successful conclusion of the Group Coaching Sessions organised by the Malta Association of Public Health Medicine (MAPHM) as part of the project “Upskilling the Public Health Community for Future Challenges”. The Malta Association of Public Health Medicine is calling on Malta’s political parties to come together around a shared vision for healthier communities, stronger systems, and long-term resilience. Tobacco remains the leading cause of preventable death, with over seven million deaths each year. A growing concern is rising nicotine addiction among youths, driven by appealing products like flavoured e-cigarettes.
