26th to 27th November 2021

A National COVID-19 Conference will be organised by the Malta Association of Public Health Medicine (MAPHM) in collaboration with the Faculty for Social Wellbeing, University of Malta on the 26th -27th November 2021 at the University of Malta Valletta Campus.

The conference will be in a hybrid format and entry will be prioritised to those who will be showcasing their work (authors and co-authors) of accepted abstracts.

Vaccine Certificates will be scanned upon entry and entry will only be possible to those who present said certificates in alignment with current COVID-19 Standards

This conference aims to bring together professionals from various disciplines and academia to exchange and share their experiences and research on the impact and consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Malta and internationally.

Mission of the COVID-19 Symposium

This conference accepted abstracts from professionals and practitioners from various health and non-health disciplines who showed willingness to present and share their research and other work on the way that the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the lives, health and well-being of the population; as well as the challenges brought on by the pandemic, the way forward and lessons learnt.
